Our setup process is designed for everyone. If you can copy and paste, you can set up ChatVix!

Sign Up

Create your account at www.chatvix.com and choose your plan.

Select from STARTER, TEAM, or BUSINESS plans based on your needs. Start building your chatbot immediately after sign up.

Configure Your Bot

Follow the onboarding wizard to set up your bot name, language, and business information.

Choose your bot name, select one of the 12 supported languages, define the default TTS voice (Team/Pro), and add your business details.

Add Knowledge

Scan your website or add content manually to teach your bot about your business.

Use our automatic website scanner or manually add content in the AI Knowledge Management step.

Get Embed Code

Copy your unique embed code from the Installation step.

Your embed code includes your Tenant ID and Chatbot ID - keep these secure.

Add to Website

Paste the code before the closing </body> tag on your website.

Works on any platform: WordPress, Shopify, Wix, React, Next.js, and more.
