Can I use ChatVix on multiple websites?

Yes! You can use the same chatbot on multiple websites by adding the embed code to each site. All conversations will be tracked in your CRM dashboard.

How do I update my bot's knowledge?

Go to Chatbot Settings → AI Knowledge Management. You can add new sources, edit existing ones, or delete outdated content anytime. Changes typically propagate within 1-2 minutes.

What happens if the bot doesn't know an answer?

The bot will politely say it doesn't have that information and offer to connect the customer with your team via phone or email. This ensures no customer inquiry goes unanswered.

Can I customize the bot's appearance?

Yes! Go to Custom Branding in your dashboard to change colors, logo, position, and style. You can match your brand perfectly.

How many chatbots can I create?

ChatVix Starter includes 1 chatbot, Growth includes up to 5 chatbots with voice playback, and Pro unlocks unlimited chatbots plus advanced AI workspace features.

Where can I see conversations and leads?

All conversations, leads, and analytics are available in your CRM dashboard. You can view chat histories, captured contact information, performance metrics, and AI-powered insights.

What plans do you offer?

ChatVix Starter provides Gemini 2.5 Flash for text chat. ChatVix Growth adds Google Cloud Text-to-Speech with premium male/female voices. ChatVix Pro upgrades to Gemini 2.5 Pro with RAG, Cloud Storage access, and live voice sessions (beta).

How do I enable voice playback (TTS)?

Voice playback is available on Growth and Pro tiers. Set the default language and gender in Chatbot Settings → Basic Settings, then ensure your embed script includes data-plan-tier and data-capabilities with "tts": true.

Can I start a live voice conversation?

Live voice streaming is rolling out with ChatVix Pro. The widget exposes a microphone button when your plan supports it and will connect through the Gemini Live API (beta). Watch the release notes for availability.

What languages does ChatVix support?

ChatVix supports 12 languages out of the box, including English (US), Arabic, Hebrew, German, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Portuguese (Brazil), Russian, and Spanish (Spain).

How secure is my data?

We take security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Service accounts and API keys are managed in Azure Key Vault with per-tenant allocation. We comply with GDPR and other privacy regulations.

Can I integrate ChatVix with my existing CRM?

Yes! ChatVix offers direct integrations with HubSpot and Salesforce, allowing automatic sync of contacts, deals, and tickets. You can also set up custom webhooks to receive real-time events from your chatbot. See our Integrations Guide for detailed setup instructions.

How do I set up HubSpot or Salesforce integration?

Go to Settings → Integrations in your CRM dashboard, then click "Connect HubSpot" or "Connect Salesforce". You'll be redirected to authorize the connection. Once authorized, configure what to sync (contacts, deals/tickets) and choose sync direction. See our Integrations Guide for step-by-step instructions.

What events can I receive via webhooks?

You can receive real-time notifications for: conversation_started, message_sent, intent_detected, lead_captured, ticket_created, and conversation_ended. Each webhook can be customized with a payload template to send exactly the data you need. See the Integrations Guide for details.

What is the Digital Signature field in AI Forms?

The Digital Signature field allows users to sign forms directly using their mouse, touchscreen, or stylus. Signatures are legally compliant with eIDAS (EU), ESIGN Act (US), and GDPR requirements. The field includes metadata collection, audit trails, hash verification, optional timestamp server integration (RFC 3161), and digital certificate support (PKI) for maximum legal validity.

How do I add a Digital Signature field to my form?

Open the Form Builder, click "Add Field", and select "Signature" from the field types. Configure the signature settings (canvas size, pen color, background), enable Legal Compliance if required, and save the form. The signature field will automatically work on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Are digital signatures legally valid?

Yes! Digital signatures in ChatVix AI Forms comply with eIDAS (EU), ESIGN Act (US), and GDPR. When Legal Compliance is enabled, signatures include: metadata (timestamp, IP address, user agent), complete audit trails, SHA-256 hash verification, optional RFC 3161 timestamp tokens from trusted Timestamp Authorities, and optional PKI digital certificates for advanced/qualified signatures.

What is Legal Compliance for signatures?

Legal Compliance collects comprehensive metadata including timestamps, IP addresses, user agents, device information, and complete audit trails of all signing actions. It also generates SHA-256 hashes for integrity verification, optionally requests timestamp tokens from TSA (Timestamp Server), and supports digital certificates (PKI) for maximum legal validity. Enable this for contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

How do I verify a signature?

Go to AI Forms → Analytics tab, select a form, and open a response that contains a signature. Click "Verify Signature" to see detailed verification results including: hash verification (integrity check), timestamp verification (if TSA was used), certificate verification (if PKI was used), revocation status, and overall validity. All metadata and audit trail are also displayed.
