Overview

The Product Catalog allows you to manage your products, services, or offerings that can be displayed in the chatbot widget. Products can be shown as rich media cards with images, descriptions, prices, and purchase links. You can integrate products with Quick Replies (buttons can show products) and AI Forms (forms can display products after submission).

Creating Products

Basic Information

Enter product name, description, and price. The description supports markdown formatting for rich text.

Images & Media

Upload product images or add image URLs. Images are displayed prominently in product cards in the chatbot.

Purchase Links

Add purchase links (URLs) that users can click to buy the product. Links open in a new tab.

Tags & Organization

Add tags to organize products. Tags can be used to filter products in Flow Builder and AI Forms.

Flow Builder Integration

Use Product nodes in the Flow Builder to display products during chatbot conversations. Products can be filtered by tags or price range, and sorted by various criteria.

Filtering

Filter products by tags or price range. Only products matching the criteria will be displayed.

Sorting

Sort products by name, price (low to high or high to low), creation date, or update date.

Display Layout

Choose between grid layout (multiple products in a grid) or carousel layout (scrollable horizontal list).

AI Forms Integration

Configure AI Forms to automatically display relevant products after form submission. Products are intelligently filtered based on form responses using field mappings.

How It Works

Configure Form

In the form settings, enable "Show Products After Submission" and configure field mappings.

Map Form Fields

Map form fields to product tags or criteria. For example, map a "Product Interest" field to product tags.

Display Products

After form submission, products matching the mapped criteria are automatically displayed to the user.

Example: If a user selects "Enterprise" in a form field mapped to product tags, they'll see all products tagged with "Enterprise" after submitting the form.
