Getting Started
The CRM is automatically available when you sign up for ChatVix. All conversations from your chatbot are automatically synced to the CRM, and leads are captured automatically when customers provide their contact information.
Access Your CRM
Log in to your ChatVix account and navigate to the Dashboard. You'll see real-time KPIs and activity overview.
Review Conversations
Go to the Conversations page to view all chatbot interactions. Leads are automatically created when customers provide contact information.
Manage Leads
Use the Leads page to track, update, and manage your leads. Add notes, update status, and track their journey through your sales funnel.
