Overview
The Conversations page displays all interactions between your chatbot and customers. Each conversation includes the full message history, customer information, timestamps, and lead status. Conversations are automatically synced from your chatbot widget.
Key Features
Search Conversations
Search by customer name, email, phone, or message content to quickly find specific conversations.
Filter & Sort
Filter by date range, status, or lead status. Sort by date, customer name, or message count.
View Details
Click on any conversation to view the full message history, customer details, and lead information.
Export Data
Export conversations in CSV, Excel, or PDF formats for external analysis or reporting.
How to Use
View All Conversations
Navigate to Conversations from the main menu. You'll see a list of all conversations with customer names, last message preview, and timestamps.
Search & Filter
Use the search bar to find conversations by customer name or message content. Apply filters to narrow down results by date, status, or lead status.
View Conversation Details
Click on any conversation to open the detail view. You'll see the full message history, customer information, and options to create a lead or support ticket.
