Contacts Management

Learn how to manage your contact database, organize contacts with tags, and send bulk SMS messages.

Overview

The Contacts page is your central database for managing all customer contacts. Unlike leads which represent potential customers, contacts are your established customer database. You can manually create contacts, import them from CSV files, organize them with tags, and send bulk SMS messages.

Contact Database: Build and maintain a comprehensive database of all your customers and contacts. Use tags to organize contacts by category, location, or any custom criteria.
