Overview
Bulk operations allow you to perform actions on multiple items (leads, contacts, tickets, products, forms) simultaneously. Instead of updating items one by one, you can select multiple items and apply changes to all of them at once. This saves time and improves efficiency when managing large datasets.
Time Saver: Bulk operations can save hours of manual work. Update status for 100 leads in seconds instead of clicking through each one individually.
Available Bulk Operations
Bulk Update
Update status, priority, or assignee for multiple items at once. Perfect for moving multiple leads through your sales funnel or reassigning tickets.
Bulk Delete
Delete multiple items at once. Use with caution - deleted items cannot be recovered. Always export data before bulk deletion.
Bulk Assign
Assign multiple items to a team member. Useful for distributing work evenly or reassigning items when team members change.
Bulk Tagging
Add or remove tags from multiple items. Organize your data efficiently by applying tags to groups of items.
How to Use Bulk Operations
Enable Bulk Mode
Click the "Bulk Actions" button or toggle bulk mode. This enables checkboxes next to each item.
Select Items
Check the boxes next to the items you want to modify. You can select individual items or use "Select All" to select all visible items.
Choose Action
Select the action you want to perform: Update Status, Change Priority, Assign, Add Tags, or Delete.
Confirm & Execute
Review the action summary showing how many items will be affected, then confirm to execute the bulk operation.

- Update status (New → Contacted → Qualified → Converted → Lost)
- Change priority (Low, Medium, High, Urgent)

Important Considerations
- Permissions: Bulk operations require appropriate permissions. Admin and Editor roles can perform bulk operations, while Viewers have read-only access.
- Irreversible Actions: Bulk delete operations cannot be undone. Always export data before performing bulk deletions.
- Filter First: Use filters to narrow down the items you want to modify before enabling bulk mode. This prevents accidental changes to unintended items.
- Review Summary: Always review the action summary before confirming. It shows exactly how many items will be affected.
