ChatVix offers three subscription tiers designed to meet the needs of businesses of all sizes. Each plan includes the CRM system with different feature limits and capabilities.
Starter

Managing Your Subscription
Upgrading Your Plan
To upgrade your plan, go to Settings > Billing and click "Upgrade Plan". You'll be redirected to select a higher tier. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you'll be charged the prorated difference.
Downgrading Your Plan
To downgrade, go to Settings > Billing and click "Change Plan". Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to have access to all current features until then.
Usage Tracking
Monitor your usage in the Usage page. You'll see:
- Current plan limits and usage
- Conversations, leads, and tickets count
- Feature usage (forms, analytics, etc.)
- Billing history and invoices
💡 Pro Tips
- Monitor your usage regularly to avoid hitting plan limits
- Upgrade before reaching limits to ensure uninterrupted service
- Download invoices from Settings > Billing for accounting purposes
- Contact support if you need help choosing the right plan
